New Business Development (Inside Sales) Team Members

Description:
The Idiom new business development team is responsible for identifying and cultivating the new sales opportunities that fuel our growth. As a member of this team you will use your inside sales and new business development experience, sales skills, energy, resourcefulness, and enthusiasm to:

Responsibilities:
• Identify new targets - working with the appropriate members Idiom field sales team you will identify the companies, and individuals that will be most receptive to our value proposition.
• Generate new leads - establish an ongoing dialogue with the companies and people you have identified, as well as the people that respond to Idiom marketing efforts.
• Build new opportunities - build on your previous efforts to convert interest into opportunities.
• Create and maintain the account and territory development plans you will use to achieve your goals and monitor / report on your progress. The successful candidate will have 2 - 4 years of experience clearly communicating a sophisticated software value proposition to senior executives and mid-level managers. You must enjoy qualifying, and developing relationships with prospects on the phone. And you must have the technical aptitude needed to describe our products.

Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Hands-on self-starter who can bring projects to conclusion
• Active listener- can easily determine customer needs
• Exceptional prospecting and qualification skills
• Demonstrable ability to understand, explain and sell enterprise software
• You must exude confidence, energy and enthusiasm
• 4-year college degree
• 2 - 4 years of inside sales experience
