Meet the Idiom Technologies management team that drives our focus on customer satisfaction:

Mike Iacobucci - President & CEO
Mike Iacobucci joined Idiom in 2005 as President and Chief Executive Officer. With 30 years of technology leadership experience, he focuses on shaping the company's core business goals and overseeing execution of its growth strategies and partnership initiatives.

Prior to joining Idiom, Mike was an executive in residence with Sigma Partners, where he held a number of executive positions for a variety of technology companies. Prior to Sigma, he was a founder of Books24x7.com, a provider of web-based digital, technical and business reference content acquired by SkillSoft.

While at Books24x7, he played a lead role in the development of innovative electronic publishing strategies. He was also a key member of the team that drove the execution of the company's successful sales, customer relationship and partner programs. Mike has also held senior management positions with Phoenix Technologies Ltd. and Cullinet Software.

Michael Nawrocki - VP, Worldwide Sales
Mike Nawrocki joined Idiom from Context Media, acquired by Oracle and a leading provider of enterprise content integration software and services. At Context Media, Mike served as Vice President of Sales and Business Development. Previously, he was a vice president of sales at Giga Information Group (acquired by Forrester Research), where he led a 50-person sales organization.

Mike also served as Vice President of Sales for Knowledge Sciences Corporation and eBT International. He studied at Universite de Poitiers in Royan, France and earned his B.S. in Finance at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.

Riz Karim, VP of Professional Services
Riz Karim leads the Professional Services organization at Idiom. He is responsible for helping Idiom customers successfully define and implement WorldServer globalization solutions. This includes guiding customers through requirements definition, application of best practices, solution design, implementation and rollout. Riz and his team are also responsible for the education and training programs offered to customers.

Riz has been at Idiom since 2003. Prior to joining Idiom, he was at Interwoven, Inc., a leading provider of Enterprise Content Management solutions. Riz possesses a degree in Computer Science from Harvard University.

Dima Rogozin - Chief Architect
Dima Rogozin is Chief Architect at Idiom Technologies. He brings over 10 years of hands-on experience with J2EE development environments, coding standards and linguistic technologies, and building and testing production systems. Dima oversees architectural design of the Idiom WorldServer product family. In this role, he is responsible for the company's long-term technology strategy, as well as development of the technology base for WorldServer enterprise globalization solutions.

Dima joined Idiom from QED Inc., where he successfully led efforts to convert the company's UNIX-based family of products to a fully compliant J2EE architecture. Prior to his time at QED, he worked at Mercury Interactive. Here, he designed and developed a Java solution for client-side testing and contributed to the development of the server-side testing solution. Dima was also involved in managing integrations with key partners like Oracle, PeopleSoft and SAP.

Rogozin holds a Ms.C. in Computer Science from Weizmann Institute of Science, Israel and a Bachelor Degree from Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys, Russia.

Ed Spies - Corporate Controller
Ed Spies is responsible for leading the company's finance, accounting and human resource functions. He joined Idiom from River Ridge Consulting Group, where he provided accounting and financial reporting expertise, as well as operations support services to technology and professional services companies.

Prior to River Ridge, Ed was corporate controller at Books24x7, a leading provider of web-based digital, technical and business reference content. At Books24x7, he played a key role in the successful sale of the company to SkillSoft. Ed began his accounting career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he provided a broad range of advisory services that included supervising and conducting financial statement audits.

Ed is a certified public accountant. He earned an MBA and Master of Science in Accounting from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Clarkson University.
