Idiom Technologies Triples Number Of New Customer Wins From 2005 To 2006

Company Enters 2007 with Strong Business Momentum

Waltham, Massachusetts - January 22, 2007 - Idiom® Technologies, Inc. (Idiom), the leading independent provider of scalable software solutions for accelerating and optimizing globalization initiatives, today announced it tripled the number of new customer wins from 2005 to 2006. Significant 2006 customer momentum capped a year also highlighted by strategic additions to the Idiom Global Partner Network™ and the establishment of a European Support Center, part of Idiom Technologies ' recently announced European expansion initiative.

"Our strong fourth quarter culminated an exciting year which saw globalization management systems rise to the top of many corporate agendas," said Mike Iacobucci, president and chief executive officer, Idiom Technologies. "Brands across the Fortune 1000 and beyond are seeing the strategic value of GMS and its potential to deliver top-line growth due to accelerated time-to-global-markets in addition to proven translation cost-saving benefits. If the record attendance at our Idiom WorldSummit Europe late last month is any indication, 2007 is shaping up to be an equally successful year for our company."

Strong 2006 Customer Momentum
Idiom Technologies set a new benchmark for customer wins in 2006, tripling the number of new WorldServer customers versus 2005 and adding marquee international brands such as Cisco, Beckman-Coulter, Gambro, AOL, Business Objects, Novell and Quixtar. Also strong was response from customers and prospects to Idiom WorldServer On-Demand, launched during the second half of 2006, and Idiom expects momentum for its new SaaS solution to build considerably in 2007.

Network of Partners Expands in 2006
In 2006, Idiom added more than 20 new partners to its Idiom Global Partner Network to address the growing demand for globalization and localization technologies and services worldwide. New distributor, technology, systems integration and consulting partners in 2006 included SunFlare, PTC, XMetaL, Cross Language and Government Acquisitions. The Idiom Technologies LSP Advantage Program, which already built significant momentum with rapidly growing partners such as VistaTEC in 2005, this year added Matrix, Moravia and Applied Languages.

A key component of Idiom 's strategy is to join forces with partners who bring unique technology and expertise to GMS implementation and operations. Through collaboration with its partners, the company has the flexibility to meet nearly any customer requirement, covering multiple platforms, authoring formats and geographies.

"In 2006, PTC saw strong interest from customers in making globalization management part of their product lifecycle management solution," said PG Bartlett, vice president, product management for PTC Arbortext products. "Idiom 's leadership in this area makes them a valuable partner for us, and we look forward to building further joint customer momentum with them in 2007."
