Worldserver Lsp Advantage Beta Program Garners Strong Interest

Beta Partners Take Advantage of Enterprise-Class Globalization Technology to
Enhance Service Offerings and Achieve Competitive Advantage at No Cost

Waltham, Massachusetts, USA - September 7, 2005 - Idiom ® Technologies, Inc. (Idiom), the only enterprise software company to deliver advanced XML-based publishing and content globalization solutions, today announced new details of its "WorldServer LSP Advantage Program™," including the addition of nine independent language service providers (LSPs) that will play an important role in pioneering this first-of-its-kind partnership model. Addressing increasing competitive pressure in the translation services market, LSPs will be able to take advantage of the proven, enterprise-class technology provided by WorldServer™ GMS (Globalization Management System) to improve internal process efficiencies and enhance the quality of services offerings delivered to clients — all free of charge.

"The WorldServer LSP Advantage Program provides language service providers with access to robust, enterprise software that will help them maximize content reuse and automate much of the translation process," said John Yunker, president and chief analyst, Byte Level Research. "Idiom also stands to benefit by establishing strategic partnerships with LSPs, which could eventually expand the sales pipeline."

WorldServer LSP Advantage Beta Program members are: COMSYS; iSP (International Software Products); Local Concept, Inc.; Localize Technologies; LUZ, Inc.; OmniLingua; One Planet Corporation; VistaTEC and WH&P. With this program, LSPs will be able to build powerful alliances and generate revenue through:

"VistaTEC is delighted to have been chosen to participate in the WorldServer LSP Advantage Beta Program. As a company committed to integrating technology solutions into localization and internationalization process and workflow issues, we hope to leverage Idiom to further our existing tools and processes," said Anna Browne, tools and process manager, VistaTEC. "We have great hopes for the potential of WorldServer to automate some of the repeatable and predictable parts of the localization process, leading to increased productivity."

Idiom pioneered the enterprise Globalization Management Systems space and now LSPs can benefit from the same WorldServer technology that has been deployed at Fortune 500 companies around the world, without incurring unnecessary risk or license fees. Specifically, LSPs can take advantage of powerful WorldServer features including centralized translation memory, business process automation, advanced scoping and reporting functionality, full-featured translation workbench for Web browsers and Windows®, and flexible Software Development Kit (SDK).

WorldServer LSP Advantage allows LSPs the flexibility to determine the scope of deployment they want to undertake based on their own growth strategies and client needs. For example, LSPs can use WorldServer to automate and improve existing internal processes and systems, or build on that functionality to enhance current products and services. Idiom will also provide program members with Web-based training and ongoing product support.

"Our strong team of beta members will be a valuable asset to WorldServer LSP Advantage going forward. Their input will be extremely useful as we uncover new strategic directions for the program, and find new opportunities for our members," said Eric Silberstein, founder and CTO, Idiom Technologies, Inc. "We are optimistic about the response we have received so far. Based on its flexibility, attractive price point and exceptional product support, we are building mutually-beneficial alliances that will help all involved."
